If you have a KABA code, you must contact us at 819-425-8681 about 30 minutes before leaving so that we can access the condo following your departure. If you were provided with keys, they must be returned at departure time.
If any of the following policies (Rental Age Restriction, Maximum Occupancy, Parties, Furniture) are not complied with, we reserve the right to immediately evict guests from the property and retain the security deposit. There will be no refund on lost accommodation.
IMPORTANT : Please note only the person responsible for the reservation which has provided the credit card at time of booking will be able to do the check in for all occupants of the condo. The credit card provided at time of booking will be required as well as a piece of a ID with a picture. Any other guests staying with the lead guest WILL NOT be able to access the condo if the lead guest has not checked in first.
A deposit of $1000 is required for one-bedroom units, plus $500 per additional bedroom for units with more than one bedroom. The deposit is required upon arrival.
Please note that all properties are privately owned vacation homes.
We ask that you treat the property and its contents with respect.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present at all time during the stay.He/she is responsible for all other guests staying at the residence, for all activities taking place in the unit and in common areas and for the security deposit. ID with photo will be requested at check-in.
The number of guests must be confirmed at booking and any change must be approved prior to arrival. In all cases, the number of guests cannot exceed the pre-determined maximum occupancy of the unit.
Parties, noise and nuisance: Loud music, noisy behavior, disrespectful behaviour towards neighbors and an excessive number of cars will not be tolerated. A $250 fee plus taxes will be retained on the security deposit for each time we must visit the unit after a first warning call.
Under no circumstances should furniture or electronic equipment be moved around. Any damage to floors, walls or the furniture will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed. A $1000 fine (or more in case of damages) will apply for non-compliance to this policy.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking.
A smoking penalty of $1000 will apply for non-compliance to this policy.
A minimum charge of $100 ($500 maximum) per set of keys will apply for any key not returned when checking out.
The guest is responsible for any damage resulting but not limited to: any missing inventory, long-distance charges, excessive downloading from the Internet, damages to the property, unauthorized presence of pets, lost keys, electronic equipment configuration changes (minimum charge of $125), unreasonable housekeeping conditions, unreasonable annoyances for neighbours (including any complaint resulting from noise or other disturbance) and any rule or regulation infraction related to the property, and any other charges required to return the property to its original state.
The guest authorizes Tremblant Sunstar to charge to the credit card on file the costs of any damage, incidentals and/or applicable fees resulting from the non-compliance with any policy, even if this charge exceeds the security deposit.
All residences are supplied with fresh towels and linen. Coffee, soap, hygienic products and basic cleaning supplies are provided in limited quantities free of charge at the start of your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. Kitchens are fully equipped and are to be maintained by guests.
A full cleaning service is included at the end of the stay, but guests must ensure the unit is in a generally clean condition and garbage is taken out and placed in the designated garbage bins. Any excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of 50 $/hour plus taxes.
During your stay, additional cleaning services are available and may be purchased for a fee. Please make your housekeeping arrangements by speaking with the front desk staff upon arrival or by calling ahead.
Visa and MasterCard cards only. Your credit card statement will show charges from Club Lespri Tremblant.
A deposit equal to the cost of one night plus taxes is due upon booking, and the balance of payment is due 3 days prior to arrival during regular season and 30 days prior to arrival during peak season.
Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf round, massages, etc.) is due upon booking.
**Note: Cancellation travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.
If you have also booked activities (ski lift tickets, golf round, massages, etc.), please note that any cancellation, change or no-show will result in a minimum charge of 3% of the amount payable, depending on the agreement we made with the activity provider.
There is no refund if the client is a no-show or cancels part of or the entire reservation during the stay.
For a change of unit, the same cancellation and change policy applies.
Tremblant Sunstar acts as rental manager for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. We reserve the right to transfer guests to another property with the same capacity at our discretion if the unit initially reserved becomes unavailable or was sold in the meantime. Prior notification may not always be possible. Tremblant Sunstar cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the following: electricity, telephone, water, cable service, internet service, hot tub/pool, ski-in, ski-out trail and ski slopes, snow removal, resort shuttle or any other unforeseen situation outside of Tremblant Sunstar control.
The following taxes apply: 5% GST; 9.975% PST; 3% Tremblant Resort Association Royalty (the 3% royalty applies to accommodations on the Tremblant site only; a lodging tax of $2 per overnight stay is applicable to off-site accommodations).
For ecological reasons and safety purposes, only ecological logs are permitted in the fireplace. A penalty fee of $500 will apply if other materials are burned in the fireplace. Two free fire logs are provided during your stay. Additional logs are available for purchase at the Château Beauvallon front desk.
The use of the fireplace is the responsibility of the guest. Fireplaces should not be left without supervision. Use of fireplace is permitted during the winter season, October 14 to April 30.
Étoile du Matin condos and Boréalis condo 283 have natural gas fireplaces.
Plateau condo 230-3 has an electric fireplace.
Plateau studio 202-1A does not have a fireplace.
All our properties (except condos in the Chouette complex and the Plateau 202-1A studio) have a BBQ that can be used during the summer season, May 1st to October 15.
Pools are usually open June 21 to August 27 and Labor Day Weekend. The hot tubs in the following complexes are open year-round: Altitude, Tremblant les Eaux, Chalet River Log, Étoile du Matin and Équinoxe, buildings 150 and 170 only. The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements. Tremblant Sunstar declines any responsibility for the pool and hot tub schedule operation.
Each property has a minimum of one reserved parking space. Additional vehicles can park at P1 (if there is a parking fee due to an event, such as the Blues Festival, the guest will have to pay on site). Tremblant Sunstar declines any responsibility for towed car fees when parking rules are not followed (valid parking permit and numbered unit space).
Équinoxe, Clairière and Chalet River Log have two parking spaces for units with two bedrooms or more.
